Hello, readers and passersby. This story is based on a work from Project Moon's Limbus Company, The Miracle of District 20, but it also includes original elements, such as the Outskirts Monster and the Christmas Elf's words and behavior. This is a beginner's trial run, so please bear with me. (If needed, I can provide pictures from my playthroughs of all three Project Moon games.) Here is the story introduction.
With every star I count, I call out a beautiful phrase. Only the stars in the sky have the right to look down on that refuge, built atop a pile of human corpses. Sadly, I don't even have the right to set foot on that mountain of bodies...
Through diary entries, you will witness the story of a Christmas Elf named Krampus: his past, present, and future. Learn about the struggles of an elf harboring feelings that should not exist in this human-centered factory.
From the first seeds of doubt about his work to an unexpected meeting with a human, the truth about the crimson sack and the Reindeer Knight, buried by the factory manager Satan, gradually comes to light. As these two navigate their feelings, what choices will the outcasts of the Outskirts, both abandoned by the City, make? Can the seeds of light take root in a nonhuman being? Can a bloody Christmas once again be filled with gentle songs? Can humans and the Gnomes rebuild their bond?
In any case, I hope you find a feeling all your own here.
"Forget all that, Gnome! Anyway, Merry Christmas, Gnome!"
"Krampus, Christmas is still three months away..."
