Ashen Scars: The Book of Ten Lives

Unstable tears in space and time exist throughout the world. In ancient times, the male lead, Shi Yan, and the female lead, Lin Weixi, fell into a forbidden love that shook the fabric of space and time. Betrayal and sacrifice brought a curse upon them: ten lifetimes of tribulation. In every life, they meet and fall in love, but their story is destined to end with the female lead's agonizing death and the male lead's unbearable grief. Even crueler, after she dies, the male lead awakens some or all of his memories from past lives. Carrying his searing pain and a faint hope, he enters the next life to search for her and try to change their fate. The female lead, meanwhile, starts each life anew, her memories sealed away. Only at the moment of death, or when she is near death, do fragmented flashes of painful scenes return to her!!
