Shen Xingmi, once a hugely popular star, was framed and blinded in a car accident. While hospitalized for treatment, another rising star who debuted around the same time betrayed her, posting a slew of false scandals about her online.
Shen Xingmi became public enemy number one. If her agent hadn't still felt a little affection for her, she wouldn't even have been able to get her eyes treated.
After receiving a corneal transplant, Shen Xingmi could see again. But to her horror, she discovered that flowers appeared on certain people: brilliant peonies and black red spider lilies.
Even expensive objects sprouted yellow marigolds.
After testing it several times, Shen Xingmi realized this was a huge opportunity. She couldn't beat the people backing the woman who framed her, so she would become the one with the power herself.
