Cat Tracks

[Fantasy] [Animal Protagonist] [Ensemble Cast] [Magic] [Adventure] [Healing and Redemption]

What lies beyond a life spent lame, alone, and at the edge of the wilderness? Scarclaw doesn’t know.

He only remembers the old cat’s final words:

“Stay alive, and see the dawn for me. There will always be new tails at dawn.”

Later, a copper bell rings, and its echo is tempered into an ice-blue blade. The evil moon rises, and a pitch-black magic circle blooms from scrap metal. Scarclaw looks up and realizes for the first time that dawn is not the horizon, but a rift that must be kindled with magic.

And so, between steel ruins and sparks in the wilderness, this lame stray cat carries an unfamiliar kitten on his back and writes an epic journey toward freedom with scars and tenderness:

Every claw mark is a signpost leading to dawn.

Every rainstorm, every adventure, every choice proves that they have made the night their home and their scars their kindling.

Reborn with a severed tail, they set out again beneath the stars: nine cats and one wolf, ten tails and ten hearts, all heading north toward latitude 31°.

Dare you join them, make the starry sky your vow, and freedom your answer?
