A scarlet mist sweeps across the globe, and an origin-energy virus awakens the genes of civilization.
In the name of "genetic purification," the Purification Council uses magic and viruses to harvest the origin energy of civilizations.
The Seven Great Ruins have become altars.
Lu Xingzhi unexpectedly awakens a special bloodline and joins forces with Mo Feiying, the deputy captain of the Eastern Divine Sword, whom he meets by chance, to flee.
They transmigrate across Eurasia, witness the Council's purges of different races, and gradually uncover the truth behind the apocalypse:
This is a carefully orchestrated plunder of origin energy, a racial purge, and a cultural purge.
Lu Xingzhi fuses Eastern inner energy with the origin energy of seven great civilizations, and can switch between human and dragon forms. Mo Feiying incorporates Plum Blossom Numerology into her spear intent, with the trajectories of the stars hidden in her bullets.
Together with righteous forces such as secluded sects and the red-haired people of the ice fields, they fortify the Great Wall, fight the decisive battle at Yinxu, and ultimately reshape the world's order.
The road to peace is long and arduous.
