In the chaotic, anything-goes Hong Kong of the late 1980s, Bai Tiangen, born with white hair, transmigrates into a world where Hong Kong movies have merged into one.
From the start, he has Luo Tianhong, Aji, Abu, and the seven siblings of the Tian Yang family at his side.
He seizes the leadership of the Quanxing Society through cunning, saves Wang Fengyi, the daughter of a crime boss, and builds a vast business empire, becoming the king of the world's underworld.
