On the Way to Pick Up My Sister, I Get Dangerously Sweet with My Teacher

Lin Yu goes to pick up his little sister from school for their parents, but in the hallway outside Class Three, Grade One, he runs into someone who makes his heart skip a beat: their homeroom teacher, Su Yao.

Eight-year-old Lin Yue is a born matchmaker. She deliberately leaves her homework behind so her brother has to run an errand, and pretends to be sick so the teacher will visit, sweetly stirring up their worlds.

From rock sugar pear soup in the office to sharing a coat on a rainy night, from hot soup during overtime to lemon candies slipped into a pocket at the supermarket, the gentle Ms. Su and the reserved programmer slowly grow closer amid the warmth of everyday life.

"Bro, Ms. Su's eyes light up whenever she looks at you!"

"Lin Yu, could you come cheer me on during my open class?"

It turns out that falling in love isn't always some earth-shattering affair. It's the tips of his ears turning red when she bends down to wipe cream from the corner of his mouth, and the smile she can't hide when he gives her all the crunchy bits.

On the way to pick up his sister, he accidentally wandered right into her heart.
