My System Is a Construction Maniac

A transmigrated office drone’s greatest wish is to laze around and wait for death, but she unexpectedly binds herself to a “Strengthen the Nation Through Infrastructure” System. The System issues tasks: build roads +100 points, construct waterworks +300 points, raise literacy rates +500 points… Points can be exchanged for necessities and other things. To stay alive, the heroine has no choice but to grit her teeth and get to work on infrastructure, starting in her own little courtyard, then building across the county and the entire province… until, somehow, or perhaps because she was pushed into it, she becomes empress?
