Overall, it's good. The protagonist is not a real eunuch. It's funny and Machiavellian at the same time, but it can't be viewed as completely Machiavellian. There is some content in the world of ideas. Mainly because I like the character design of the protagonist in this theme. But a woman who is the son of luck must be a little bit cautious when accepting a man, otherwise she will be sorry for this skill and this face. I hope there won't be a female protagonist, it's good to keep this tone. But simply controlling human nature is not enough. Although it is a little bit abstract, it still needs to be logical.
