The Galaxy Is Yours, My Heart Is Your Pledge

When a scatterbrained little ray of sunshine runs into a cool, aloof academic star, a carefully planned devotion is quietly unfolding. Eighteen-year-old Su Wanxing arrives on the Xinglan campus with a camera and dreams of university, but she seems to have a “trouble magnet” constitution: she gets lost on the first day, can barely manage her luggage, and nearly gets swindled... Just when she’s at her most disheveled, she runs into the legendary figure everyone talks about: twenty-year-old Lu Zhiyan, a top talent in both physics and computer science, and Xinglan’s undisputed icy campus heartthrob. His cool, casual helping hand, or a single deep look, is enough to make her heart skip a beat for the first time. What she doesn’t know is that every “coincidence” is part of a carefully woven web of protection by Lu Zhiyan. The academic star who seems so cold and distant to everyone else has long since come to see her as his one and only star. He remembers how focused she was at her high school photography competition and admires the world she captures through her lens. And, without anyone knowing, he quietly clears every obstacle in her path. At the welcome party, when an accident strikes, he walks toward her in full view of everyone and calmly, firmly, and tenderly resolves the crisis. That brief moment of closeness makes Su Wanxing fall for him completely. From the heart-fluttering first meeting to their understanding in class, from working together in a club to making choices at graduation, from the shy romance of campus to standing side by side in the wider world... Lu Zhiyan uses his own unique way of loving her to make Su Wanxing the brightest star of all. This is a story about a cool academic star whose secret crush finally comes true and whose devotion knows no bounds. It’s also the story of a scatterbrained girl who, under his gentle protection, dares to pursue her dreams and finds the perfect love. From their first meeting at Xinglan University to their promise to hold hands and grow old together, see how Lu Zhiyan uses his entire youth to write Su Wanxing the ultimate romance: “The galaxy is yours, and my heartbeat is my promise.”
