In an ordinary corner of the city, Lin Chuan was just a social worker working nine to five, until an unexpected "system prompt" broke the peace of his life. He was forcibly pulled into an unknown space called "Infinite Projection" and forced to play a role in a completely different "dimensional script" to complete the task.
From the mysterious foggy city filled with the sound of steam and gears, to the cyberpunk city eroded by high-dimensional creatures, from the Broken God Realm left behind in ancient myths, to the doomsday shelter buried deep in the galaxy... Lin Chuan gradually discovered in every narrow escape that this was not a simple survival game. Those projected worlds, and those "NPCs" struggling in them, seem to contain some deep secrets. And he himself is not just a random "player".
As the mission progresses, Lin Chuan awakens to some unknown special ability. He can "insight into" and "affect" the underlying structures of these worlds, and even at certain moments, can "retrospect" or "reconstruct" specific "projection" fragments. He is not just a participant, but more like an awakened "void projector" who begins to question: Who is behind all this? What is the real purpose of these "projected worlds"? And how can he reverse this endless cycle, get rid of the shackles of the "unidimensional cage", and find the way to the truth?
