After escaping her pursuers with a Water Escape technique, Le Qinghe runs into Ji Zhengxuan, who has also fled her pursuers using Water Escape and is now so hungry she's about to pass out. Le Qinghe gives her a grilled fish, then demands fifty taels of gold for it! Though the price makes no sense, Ji Zhengxuan agrees, only to find herself stuck with Le Qinghe afterward.
But why are you still clinging to me after I paid you?
Both leads are strong, and they take turns being on top (important, so I'm saying it first). No one else gets between them. A pure first-love romance, so enjoy without worry. The story is lighthearted and funny (more or less under control). The leads aren't especially strong at first, but they improve together later on (literally, they make progress together).
An ensemble cast, with all the characters growing together.
