Kamen Rider Kuuga in the Embers

"You can't transform anymore! Are you still going, even so?"

"I don't fight because I have this belt!" Though the spirit stone at his waist was already covered in cracks, he still stepped forward without hesitation.

In the pouring rain, the battered warrior advanced at a slow pace. The Gurongi standing before him uttered a familiar sound, one he knew all too well.

"Kuuga?"

"I'm not Kuuga. I'm just a vengeful spirit here to lay you to rest!"

"Treating ordinary people's lives as stakes in a game? I've only ever seen that among those monsters called the Gurongi!"

"Answer me! What do Kamen Riders mean to you?!"

"If being a Rider means trampling on lives, then I'll crush you!"

Anger became the source of his strength. The spirit stone appeared at his waist of its own accord, and energy capable of vaporizing everything before him had already gathered in his clenched fists...

"Henshin!"
