I Transmigrated as the Eldest Sister and Returned with the Crane

I'm a new writer, so please be kind if it's not to your taste. This is fanfiction for A Bookish Dream, with a plot-focused story and an original female lead. I'm breaking up He and Ting as a couple; the pairing is Shangguan Baihe, and Ting gets to shine on her own.

Everything that happens might come out of nowhere, so don't worry about it.

[Two strong leads] Our heroine is multitalented, and the romance develops step by step. I've tried to keep everyone in character as much as possible, so please bear with me. You can just think of them as original characters.

I've changed as many of the show's heartbreaking moments as I could.

Song Shutong wakes up one day to discover she's become Song Yimeng's twin sister. Since she's here already... how can she not change a few things?

So, Song Shutong uses her martial arts skills to save Yao Qian and helps him enter the palace to impeach Chu Guihong, preventing Chu Guihong from becoming Prefect of Jingzhao.

But unexpectedly, losing his position as Prefect of Jingzhao makes Chu Guihong even more despicable. He'll stop at nothing.

Song Yimeng's bad impression of Nan Heng grows more deeply ingrained by the day. Song Shutong keeps trying to talk her around, until at last she lets go of her prejudices and gets to know him with an open mind.

Who knew the plot would change too?

Meanwhile, after meeting Song Shutong again and again, Shangguan He has secretly fallen for her. At last, he understands his own feelings and starts doing everything he can to win her heart.

Song Shutong: Wait, what? Don't you have an official pairing? Do we even have a romance plot?

Song Yiting affectionately takes Song Shutong's arm: “This is my sister. Some people should stop eyeing her!”
