[Powerful family + secret love turns real + pure romance + age gap + happy ending + both leads’ first love]
[A scheming, powerful Beijing elite + a stunning, haughty model]
-
Jiang Sheng is a minor model who gets bullied at work.
She has no money or connections, and in the eyes of the powerful, she’s an ant they can crush at will.
That day,
Jiang Sheng went to Zhou Huaiyan and begged him to let her be his mistress.
Unexpectedly, the man said,
“Jiang Sheng, I don’t keep mistresses.”
“You’re no fragile vine, either...”
She fell for him.
-
Later, she moved from modeling into acting. Since she had no formal training, everyone looked down on her.
She asked, “Zhou Huaiyan, someone as insignificant as me can be crushed by anyone without consequences, right?”
He replied, “Jiang Sheng, from now on, I’ll have your back...”
