Our Hearts Meet in the Cicadas’ Song

Wang Junkai and Xu Yanning

A superstar and a top student who wants to be a lawyer

In the sunlit corridor outside the classroom, she always hurries past with her head down, yet her heart skips a beat at every casual glance he sends her way. They share the same youthful sky and breathe the same air of “secret love,” carefully hiding their feelings and awkwardly contriving “chance encounters,” unaware that the same name is already etched in each other's hearts. As their carefully concealed concern, greetings left unsaid, and secretly recorded little moments gradually begin to overlap, a mutual affection that began in a corner of campus and ends with them choosing each other is quietly taking shape. It turns out the greatest surprise of all is discovering that the person who turns your world upside down is secretly falling for you, too.
