Chasing His Wife to the Crematorium + Adorable Child + Rekindled Love
Yuan Xian, a street thug who returned to his hometown with his gravely ill younger sister to spend her final year, met Tan Ruxin, a gentle pharmacy clerk, on the eve of the apocalypse. When the end times began, they fought side by side to carve out a path to survival.
Yuan Xian promised he would love her forever, and she believed him.
But while she was pregnant, he abandoned her at a sub-base that was soon swallowed by a tide of zombies.
Yuan Xian left his wife, the woman he had married as a young man, and turned around to get engaged to the heiress of the Hardware Base.
Tan Ruxin fought desperately to survive, yet still gave birth to a monster just like Yuan Xian.
She regretted helping Yuan Xian that June, regretted risking her life to save him, and regretted believing his vows of eternal love.
She swore she would make him pay, no matter what it took!
Four years later, Tan Ruxin had risen to the higher ranks and become an indispensable fighter at Hanjiang Base, earning admiration and respect.
Then came the revenge plan she had been plotting for years. She would make everyone who had abandoned and humiliated her pay!
Though Yuan Xian was hurt by her time and again, he took it all willingly. He let himself be thoroughly fooled, and even vied for the chance to be someone else's child's father.
