The play tells the story of An Qi who was artificially inseminated and pregnant with Lu Junyan's child due to a misunderstanding of the same name during her employment physical examination, and was threatened by her fiancée Lin Wanshu to give birth to the child. Lu Junyan discovered that Lin Wanshu had a false pregnancy and rescued An Qi many times when she was framed by Lin Wanshu. After the two went through various things, they got married secretly, and An Qi's design talent came to the fore. In the end, Lin Wanshu's mother-daughter conspiracy was exposed. A few years later, An Qi became pregnant again, and the family lived a happy life, while Lin Wanshu and others were punished by law.
