Song of Silent Mourning

[Apocalypse] [Ensemble Cast] [No Superpowers] [Unconventional Zombies] [Apocalypse Factions] [Unconventional Urban Setting] First-person/Third-person

My name is Lin Yedong. The city of D where I live is mired in enormous chaos. The people around me are in the same desperate predicament: isolated, helpless, and despairing. Blood and flesh churn at high speed in my mind, along with the increasingly powerful Silent Ones and the figures lurking in the shadows.

I have to keep them alive.

"I need another cigarette."

"Whew... What is the Hound's Den? You'll find out soon enough."

This is a long, sorrowful song, an epic that twists and weaves. A century-long history of the Silent Ones begins here.
