Then, in this new era of diverse development, amidst the flourishing civilization of the early 21st century, people can see more clearly the ugliness that superpowers bring: seizing what they want by force, war, dictatorship, tyranny, violence, greed... All arise from people's desire to indulge their ambitions, while power fuels their desires.
