Power Armor from the Start, and the Doomsday Doctor Is Over the Moon

Master Surgeon + Doomsday world-building Gu Ming, an emergency room doctor who worked himself bald, opens his eyes and finds himself in a Wasteland three hundred years after a war that ended the world! From the start, AI identifies him as a “Second Lieutenant in the Earth Defense Force” and gives him a suit of powered armor. But before he can finish the tutorial, the System crashes?! His only clue is a predecessor’s blood-written warning: “Run! Don’t go underground!” Seeing a two-headed dog chewing on a bone outside, Gu Ming hefts his rifle and sneers: “Fine. I’m done playing with the AI!” When hordes of mutant beasts attack human settlements He crushes a sickle beast’s skull with his bare hands. “That’s called bone setting. Get it?” When Wasteland refugees’ wounds turn gangrenous He takes out his scalpel to clean them. “Don’t move. This blade is expensive to sterilize.” When the settlement boss kneels and begs for protection He taps his powered armor. “Want to live? Then build me a hospital!” > Years later, a new legend is born in the Wasteland: > A sign always hangs outside the clinic: “Open today. No monsters or dogs allowed.”
