A Journey to Love: The Promise of Zhaoyun

[A Journey to Love Fanfic | Qian Zhao × Original Female Lead] The upright, stiff little guard × the exceptionally skilled chivalrous heroine. How did these two actually get a happy ending?!

Everyone gets a happy ending! The squad’s story concludes without regrets, and Sun Lang gets a new pairing. There are lots of liberties taken, but no canon couples are broken up. It also crosses over with My Journey to You, indirectly changing the ending for its male and female leads. Please don’t flame if it’s not your thing~

Who would have guessed

one is a taciturn, old-fashioned guard who blushes at the drop of a hat,

and the other is a righteous heroine, peerless in martial arts and clueless about love.

Who’d have thought these two would become the sweetest couple in the squad?!

The story of the year’s most unbelievable couple:

He awkwardly learns romance, proposing to her for the second time beneath a shower of falling blossoms;

She willingly puts aside her edge, following him from court to the martial world, from country living to the ends of the earth.

“I’ll be your blade. We’ll face every danger side by side.”

“Then it’s a promise. You’ll roam the martial world with me for the rest of your life and stand up for every injustice!”

(The palace and household intrigue tags in the title are there by mistake. The story itself is pure martial-world romance and everyday squad life, so dive right in!)
