Becoming Batman, Starting with an FC Console

It had been eighteen years since Hu Bugui came to this world, and by now he understood completely. If you can surpass your own limits and devote yourself wholeheartedly to a noble ideal, they won’t be able to stop you. You’ll become something different. This is a peaceful world, at least on the surface. In corners few people watch, shadows quietly emerge. They constantly threaten the world’s stability. People grow increasingly unhinged, social order steadily crumbles, and little by little, the world becomes unfamiliar. “Someone needs to step up and do something. It doesn’t have to be me, but as it happens, I have the ability.” Looking at the FC console in front of him, Hu Bugui thought this to himself. Who I am beneath the mask doesn’t matter. I am defined by what I do. “I am Batman.” The protagonist’s golden finger lets him draw different video game characters and control them as secret identities. Some characters aren’t secret identities, but can still be controlled. The protagonist has spent the most time as Batman, and is more like a traditional superhero. I am this universe’s Batman, so everything I write about is based on my own firsthand experiences.
