The story takes place in a fantasy world known as the Nine Domains Continent, made up of nine colossal continents. Legend says each domain safeguards a different source of Heavenly Flame.
A thousand years ago, all nine Heavenly Flames appeared at once, burning the heavens and causing the Heavenly Dao to collapse. Now the flames are sealed, and the path of cultivation is broken. Only a rare few with extraordinary talent can once again ascend to the peak of cultivation.
Each domain has its own peoples and resources tied to different fire attributes.
There are rankings for geniuses, including the Heavenly Flame Rankings, Mystic Skill Rankings, and Spirit Refining Rankings.
The mighty can burn mountains and boil seas, or command fire to transform into dragons.
