Ma Jiaqi: The Top-Tier Star Joins a Dating Show to Win Back His Wife

A reserved, cool top-tier star who takes the initiative for love × a clever, beautiful little-known celebrity with a mercurial personality

Yun Wangshu has had a crush on her childhood friend Lu Ting for over a decade, spending both time and money on him, yet he keeps stringing her along without ever returning her feelings.

Once she sees him for who he really is, Yun Wangshu finally stops being blinded by love and moves on. Lu Ting, however, panics, even going so far as to do all sorts of inexplicable things...

After preparations for the dating show are complete, the production team asks the show's sponsor what they want in the cast. Ma Jiaqi, who has been listening in silence, finally says coolly, “Yun Wangshu.”

Lately, Yun Wangshu feels like she's been running into Ma Jiaqi far too often. And every time, he just happens to be able to help her. Even when she joins a dating show, she runs into him.

How strange. Doesn't he never appear on variety shows? Not only is he appearing this time, but it's a dating show?

Yun Wangshu had planned to stay out of it and just do her job, but what's with this top-tier star? Why is he saying he came for her?

At first, people wonder just how powerful the backer must be to get Ma Jiaqi to join the show.

Only later do they learn that Ma Jiaqi is the backer himself, and that he set up this dating show specifically to pursue Yun Wangshu.
