War of Resistance: All My Subordinates Are Goofballs

1938, Laowaling.

Chen Feng, an engineering geek who transmigrated, is a company commander in the Eighth Route Army. His entire platoon has been wiped out. Clutching his last grenade, he prepares to die for his country!

--[Ding! Abstract Rescue Protocol activated!]

Twenty beams of white light pierce the smoke, turning the hellish battlefield into a surreal spectacle!

A food delivery rider charges a pillbox with a grenade: "Your delivery is here. Please leave a five-star review!" The history class rep takes battlefield photos and posts them on Xiaohongshu! A female player starts dancing the Subject Three dance! A burly man hoists a tree branch and roars, "Battalion Commander! Where's your damn Italian cannon?!"

Chen Feng looks at the "soldiers" whose ridiculous IDs include [Meituan Delivery Rider] and [Canyon Noob], and spits blood:

"Damn it! I'm fighting the Japanese, and my men are all a bunch of idiots here for an 'immersive experience'?!"

Despair? No! The spirit of an engineering geek burns bright!

"An experience? You have a respawn cooldown? Fine!" Chen Feng's gaze turns sharp as a blade:

"I'll give you an experience of what hell difficulty means! Anyone who survives will earn the right to call themselves my soldier!"

The mission System starts up! The points shop opens!

Want to trade for a Type 38 rifle? Craving Japanese beef rations? Earn points with your life!

And so, the battlefield's style takes a sharp turn:

Players fight for cover worth 5 points! They charge into suicide attacks for 500! A "mummy" wrapped in bandages draws enemy fire! Blown to pieces? They respawn in a flash of white light and curse the devs!

"Tame idiots with points! Drive cannon fodder with KPIs!" Chen the Mad becomes a hard-core drill instructor:

"Desecrate the battlefield? Lose 200 points and get muted! Want to raise your affection and flirt? Go clear land mines!"

When the Black Wind Pass mission is issued, the players' eyes glow green:

"100 points for a feint? 1,000 points to blow up the core and change classes to combat engineer? Let's do it! For the points! For the beef rations!!"
