(Light Lovecraftian Horror + Mystery and the Supernatural + Infinite Flow + Eighteen Thrilling Instances + One Female Lead + Mild Horror)
The underworld has been contaminated by an unknown entity. The Yin Volume of the Book of Life and Death has vanished without a trace, while the Yang Volume, Records of the Living, has been torn into eighteen fragments, each hidden in one of the Eighteen Hells. Whoever gathers all the fragments of Records of the Living will gain one chance to change their fate.
Carrying guilt over his birth mother, Wu Zi'an sets out on this path. Before him, humanlike impostors and other eerie beings wield the power of rules to slaughter the living; behind him, an unknown presence is constantly trying to contaminate him.
When the “Still Mind” flower blooms on his cheek, his consciousness loses its way. But when he comes to again, he is astonished to find bright light shining before him, driving away all darkness and the unknown!
