“What??? Honey! Honey, look! Quick!”

“How can this be? How could there be...?”

“, ”

On a pitch-black, rainy night, in a crevice among the rocks by the endless sea, the dwarf Bart and his wife Nado discover an abandoned baby...

Wrapped in a talisman cloth of some unknown material...

The couple, who had lost two children in a row to a curse, tremblingly picked up the human infant.

“Bart! Let’s give him a name!”

“What do you think of Lorne?”

Nado looked up at Bart, tears in her eyes. She knew he wanted to say this child was heaven-sent. But the baby was human.

“Let’s... call him Yuchen.”

Nado gently stroked the baby’s cheek, then softly added:

“Like a light that suddenly appeared on this rainy night.”

They knew

that every day was a gift, and every moment brought them closer to the end...

When Yuchen turned five, the difference in height between humans and dwarves would be impossible to hide.

The couple never dared to wonder whether Yuchen would stay or leave when that time came.

Nado used her craft to earn food for him, while Bart used his strength to give him a safe place to grow.

He!

With a human body, mastered the dwarves’ supreme forging art!

With the power of the elements, shattered the arrogance of the prodigies of all races!

He!

Stood atop a legendary dragon,

held the divine-forged hammer in his hand,

and had a magical little beast perched on his shoulder.

Standing at the peak of martial arts, with an army of billions roaring behind him:

“Fight for us!”

Their voices shook the universe!

“My parents are dwarves. I’ve never lacked courage, because it’s been etched deep in my soul from the very beginning!”
