However, the gears of fate pushed him to a completely different track - from resolving team disputes, to taking charge of the political side, and finally to the rule-making level: the provincial party committee compound. Here, the macro picture collides violently with the micro reality. He is familiar with every screw in the workshop, but he has to learn to control the economic operation of the province; he is proficient in how to communicate with workers, but he has to deal with a more complex power structure. The highest ideal in the past was "the factory prospers and I prosper", but now it is faced with the well-being of millions of people. When he breaks into the official arena with a worker's mindset, is he an alien that is out of place, or is he a disruptive and innovative catfish?
