Rookie System 008 runs into trouble on its very first trip out to capture someone. A blunder binds it to a cat, and now it can’t undo the binding.
For the sake of its performance record, 008 steels itself and decides to make the best of a bad situation.
So what if its Host is a cat? What’s the big deal? 008 turns into a little glowing ball and puts on a stern face while serving as the cat’s toy.
But after serving dutifully as a ride for 40 minutes, 008 suddenly learns that its Host can turn into a human.
008 fumes: “Why didn’t you say so sooner?!”
Bai Yun shrugs innocently. “You never asked.”
Once the story begins...
What?! The scumbag dares to make a move on the heroine? Bai Ye silently stomps on the door, trying to crush his hand between it and the frame.
What?! The green tea dares to insult the heroine? Bai Ye narrows her eyes and calls over her underlings to pee on the green tea’s shoes.
008 never expected the missions to get done, but it watches the progress bar shoot up with great satisfaction, then happily scurries off to buy barbecue for Bai Ye.
