Soul-Recalling Lantern: Longing Across the Rift of Reincarnation

At an auction, Yun Su buys a mysterious ancient lamp to save his fiancée.

The instant his fingertips touch the lamp, memories of a past life surge back: he was the Sword Venerable Qi Yuan, and she was Jiaoyue, the junior sister of the Medicine Immortal Valley.

The face of the Evil Lord of the Nine Netherworlds appears in the lamp's flame. "Qi Yuan, you couldn't protect her then, and you can't protect her now."

Su Li suddenly wakes from her hospital bed, a blue flame coalescing at her fingertips. "Senior Brother, the lamp holds your remnant soul... and the Nine Netherworlds' curse."

Yun Su discovers that Shen Jin's laboratory is cultivating patients with soul-separation syndrome. In a painting on the wall, the Evil Lord of the Nine Netherworlds has his arms around Jiaoyue's waist.

And engraved on the inside of Shen Jin's wedding band is the same mark of the Nine Netherworlds found on the ancient lamp's base.
