A Lazy Fish in the Primordial World: Pangu Is My Younger Brother

From the start, before the world had taken shape, chaos roiled like porridge. Pan Xian was a lazy Chaos God who only wanted to soak comfortably in the chaos and lie flat. Unfortunately, his younger brother Pangu was bursting with energy and determined to create the world. As the biological older brother of Pangu, the supreme creator, Pan Xian was a bona fide Chaos God, yet he alone commanded the unprecedented Great Dao of Laziness, the Law of Slacking Off, and the Source of Complaining. Faced with his younger brother's grand plan to split open chaos and tear the place down, all he could say was, "Go for it, bro! I'll support you in spirit (just don't wake me up)!" But the road to lying flat was long and arduous. When Pangu created the world, Pan Xian was a helpless spectator, scrambling to dodge fragments of earth, water, wind, and fire. During the Dragon and Han Tribulation, he sat in the VIP seats, munching on chaos melon seeds and precisely rating the elegance of the Ancestral Dragon and Ancestral Phoenix's moves. During the War of the Lich Tribes, the "lazy fish cave" he'd finally found was brought crashing down when the idiot Gonggong smashed Mount Buzhou, turning it into a pool of fish soup! Dog-paddling through the flood to survive, he cursed, "Fight if you want, but why destroy the house?!" The Investiture of the Gods Tribulation? To him, it was a massive Heavenly Court recruitment drive and reality-show acting contest. "They're all actors! The Oscars owe you all a statuette!" The Journey to the West script game? Now that's a backdoor project for padding your resume! Pan Xian immediately started heckling from the set: "Easy, Brother Monkey! That demon has an official post!" "Director! Where's the boxed lunch? The extras are supposed to get killed off!" "Sister Guanyin! Putting out fires again?" From soaking in chaos to rotting in the Sea of Blood to watching the action in Journey to the West, Pan Xian's goal in life never wavered: find the most comfortable place in the Primordial World to lie flat, and successfully outlive all the big shots fighting to the death.
