My Little Princess Consort

When Jiang Miao transmigrates into the body of a princess awaiting marriage, the original owner has just been carried into the prince’s manor in a coffin, intended to bring good luck to her new husband.

She kicks open the coffin lid and climbs out, only to meet Zhao Jing’s disgusted stare. “A walking corpse?”

“Your Highness, it’s called a sit-up.” She pulls a pocket watch from her clothing and stuffs it into his hand. “Here, our betrothal token.”

Later, the whole capital goes mad:

The princess consort builds an iron lotus that sprays water in the manor’s garden, then chases the prince for three whole streets at the night market, skewers in hand.

Zhao Jing holds the pocket watch and scoffs. “This thing can stop time? Then I want to stop it on the night you stole a kiss from me.”

The pocket watch suddenly glows blue, taking them back to the moment they first met beneath a sky filled with fireflies.
