When the morning mist spread across the patio, Xiao Ce was squatting in front of the fish tank in a daze. The tail-tailed red carp swam past his fingertips, causing him to take a half-step back in shock. His lower back hit the clothesline, and his colorful T-shirts fell like rain.
"Be careful!" Su Wan rushed out holding a toothbrush and couldn't help laughing when she saw his head covered by a pink lace nightgown. The soap foam slid down the corner of her mouth and dripped on her pajamas printed with cat patterns.
Xiao Ce pulled off the cloth on his head, and his ears turned suspiciously red: "This thing is as thin as cicada wings, how can it cover the body?" He picked up the nightgown and looked at it in the morning light, "Could it be the shark gauze woven by the sharks?"
Su Wan grabbed the nightgown and stuffed it into the laundry basket: "This is called cotton fiber." She pointed to the shirt on the clothesline, "Wear this and pants today."
Xiao Ce stared at the holes in his jeans and frowned: "How can we re-wear battle-damaged clothes?" He suddenly took off the jade belt around his waist, "How about using my white jade belt to offset it with a intact battle robe?"
The jade belt shone softly in the morning light, and Su Wan recognized it as Khotan white jade. The carving could probably be traced back to the Western Han Dynasty. She quickly held down his hand to untie the jade belt: "No need to change, this is fashion."
