Phoenix and Owl Against Fate: After the Playboy and the Ice Lotus Switched Bodies

Princess Lin Jin fell into a lake, only to be rescued by Shen Jin, a notorious wastrel.

When they opened their eyes again, they were horrified to find they had swapped bodies.

To keep their secret, he investigated the injustice surrounding her birth mother, while she joined the army to quell a rebellion in his place.

The court officials submitted a memorial: “We request that the princess marry Young Master Shen as soon as possible to quell the rumors.”

In Shen Jin’s body, Lin Jin reluctantly agreed.

On their wedding night, Shen Jin, in her body, suddenly wrapped his arms around himself. “My husband is so handsome. I really want to kiss him.”

She had had enough. “Get away from me! Don’t touch my body!”

When the imperial physician announced that the princess was “pregnant,” Shen Jin panicked. “Giving birth must hurt so much!”

She gritted her teeth and drew her sword to guard the birthing chamber. “Trust me, you just have to push...”

Ten years later, upon the throne, he leaned against her shoulder. “When we fell into the lake back then, was it the matchmaker tying our red thread?”

The ice melted in her eyes. “Yes, my empress. You guessed right.”
