The Water Margin: Awakening the Tiangang Disha System from the Start

Chen Mo, a modern man, accidentally transmigrates into the body of Li Ji, a hunter in Huayin County during the Northern Song Dynasty. He awakens the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches System and is burdened with the ultimate mission of suppressing 108 Demon Stars. The original Li Ji was driven into a desperate situation after secretly reporting that Shi Jin was colluding with the bandits of Mount Shaohua. Using the System-granted skill "Arrow That Decides the Fate of the Realm," Chen Mo kills the leader of his pursuers with a single shot, then intimidates Shi Jin, the Nine-Tattooed Dragon, with overwhelming strength and begins his path to defying fate.

The System's "Grind-It-Out Panel" can raise basic skills without limit, from "Just Getting Started" to "Unrivaled Throughout History." Chen Mo shoots down an enemy commander from eight hundred li away and cleaves open the black-iron shield of Gao Qiu's personal troops with a single stroke. Every breakthrough comes with golden effects and System announcements, delivering the ultimate thrill of leveling up. By recruiting the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches Star Generals, he can temporarily summon Chao Gai as the "Pagoda-Bearing Heavenly King" to unleash area attacks. He can call on skills at will, from Lin Chong's Cold Star, Chilly Moon Spear to Guan Sheng's Majestic Netherworld King Slash. His Loyalty points can also be exchanged for manuals such as the Nine Heavens Mysterious Maiden's Art of War and the Five-Thunder Heavenly Heart Formula, as well as divine weapons like the Sky-Shaking Thunder and the Moonlit Jade Lion.

In this reimagined mythological world, the Heavenly Court and the Demon Realm are locked in fierce conflict. Zhao Kuangyin, the Thunderbolt Great Immortal, establishes the Primordial Heaven-and-Earth Art to rule the human world. During the reign of Song Renzong, the Barefoot Immortal, the forces of the Netherworld rise. Fang La transforms into the Eight-Armed Nezha and takes control of the Demon Realm, while the imperial court forms the Thirty-Six Generals of the Thunder Division to contain Liangshan. Using Liangshan as his base, Chen Mo takes classic events such as the clash with Wang Lun, the prison-yard rescue in Jiangzhou, and the campaign against Fang La, and remakes them on an even grander scale. He exposes Emperor Huizong of Song as a puppet of the Heavenly Court, elevates the rallying cry "Uphold Justice in Heaven's Name" into "Restore the Heavenly Way," and ultimately joins forces with Chao Gai, Song Jiang, and the other Star Generals to form the Heavenly Chief Star Formation, breaking the Heavenly Court's hold over the human world.
