Zhang Laosan's Mountain-Running Legends: The Ghost Wolf of Yin Mountain

In 2015, I visited Uncle Zhang, a professional hunter whose first half of life had been nothing short of extraordinary.

But what you wouldn’t expect was that alongside all the excitement, there was also plenty of strangeness and horror.

A skinned wild wolf came back to life.

Helping a mysterious organization search for the Japanese devils’ biological weapons lab.

The wild men turned out to be Russians.

An encounter with ghost soldiers on the march.

A decisive battle against a pack of wolves on the Xilingol Grassland.
