Bajie's Workplace Diary

Marshal Tianpeng is demoted to a pig demon for “misconduct” and passes his days at Gao Village until Guanyin brings him an opportunity to join the pilgrimage project.

After joining Tang Sanzang’s team, he discovers what everyone is really like: Tang Sanzang is a leader parachuted in thanks to his Buddhist family connections, Wukong is a highly capable but difficult-to-manage technical specialist, and Sha Wujing is a tireless workhorse.

Bajie begins navigating workplace survival. He must avoid offending the formidable Wukong, curry favor with his boss Tang Sanzang, and maintain a good relationship with Sha Wujing. Using workplace savvy to find his place through the eighty-one tribulations of the pilgrimage, he records it all in a diary. After attaining Buddhahood, he publishes his workplace survival tips for all to see. Watch how Bajie goes from a demoted pig demon to a success story in the “pilgrimage workplace,” turning the eighty-one ordeals of Journey to the West into a textbook on getting promoted!
