Naruto: But My System Is the Fifth System

[Identity V] [Naruto]

Yu Feng transmigrates into Naruto and becomes Sasuke Uchiha’s twin brother. From the start, it’s the night Uchiha Itachi wipes out the clan. Because Yu Feng is congenitally blind, and for some other emotional reasons, Itachi spares him. After that night passes, Yu Feng discovers that he has activated the Identity V System. To gain Presence, he must change the plot and complete various actions. Presence can then be exchanged for items and external traits from Identity V.

Yu Feng goes on to use Identity V’s external traits to make a name for himself in the shinobi world under the identity of Orpheus.
