A Road Home Through the Ashes of Time

Antique restorer Lin Xia keeps dreaming of a scorched golden pocket watch engraved with her mother's initials.

When she finally restores the mysterious watch herself, its amber crystal suddenly pulls her into the past. She sees her mother raise the burning watch and scream, "Run! Don't change my choice!"

Lu Chuan, a merchant who protects the flow of time, grabs her wrist and warns her: "Change the past, and you erase the present."

When she finally raises the fully restored pocket watch, time has already condensed into an eternal tear on its glass face.
