It's quite good. I've read many books of this type. In comparison, this one balances the development of emotions and plot very well. Overall, it's pretty good. I saw the latest short story - a "damp male ghost" who was sent to a lunatic asylum. The emotional drama between the male and female protagonists is very tense and attractive.

The plot is great, the male and female protagonists are very well-rounded, I like it very much
