Spring in the Glass Garden

At Cheongdam International High School, where the children of South Korea’s top conglomerates gather, the arrival of Lin Chuxia, a Chinese-Korean transfer student, disrupts the campus’s established balance. Her mother is a renowned Chinese architect, and her father is the chairman of South Korea’s LS Group. Bearing the marks of two cultures, Chuxia is the most unusual student at this elite school.

When the haughty “campus queen” Baek Jina first meets this composed transfer student, she assumes Chuxia is just a pretty face coasting on her family’s connections. But when Chuxia calmly defuses a crisis during Culture Week, finds Baek Jina after she runs away from home on a stormy night, and shares her deepest thoughts with her by the Han River, their wariness and prejudice gradually melt away into genuine friendship.

From late-night study sessions in the library to joining forces to fight back at the school festival, the two girls go from misunderstanding to trust, finding in each other the parts of themselves they were missing. Then Chuxia’s fiancé, Xu Haoyu, arrives in Korea, sparking an unexpected chemistry among the three of them.
