Ye Xiaoba transmigrated into her own novel as the wicked supporting female character, and found herself at a mass grave from the start.
The moment she opened her eyes, she heard a ding: “Your inner thoughts are now accessible to Su Changqing.”
She was stunned. Su Changqing? That cannon-fodder character who doesn’t survive past chapter three?
Just as Su Changqing really showed up at the mass grave to pick up a jade pendant, Ye Xiaoba’s thoughts went into overdrive:
“Don’t pick it up! That pendant is the male lead’s token of love for the female lead!”
“If you pick it up, tomorrow you’ll be struck by heavenly lightning and reduced to ashes!”
Su Changqing silently pulled back his hand, then stuck close to Ye Xiaoba every day from then on.
Ye Xiaoba put on a well-behaved expression. “Master is right.”
Her inner monologue exploded: “Su Changqing, what happened to your character? Get back on track!”
“Don’t touch that flower. It’s an ingredient for the female lead’s future bathwater!”
Then came the Immortal Sect Tournament, where Su Changqing was supposed to die saving the female lead in the original story.
Ye Xiaoba’s thoughts shrieked in panic: “Run! You’re saving her stand-in. The real female lead is next door, gnawing on a chicken leg!”
Su Changqing slammed on the brakes and crashed into a pillar, accidentally exposing a demonic plot.
As a Memory Stone livestreamed the two of them wreaking havoc on the original story’s iconic scenes
Ye Xiaoba wailed inwardly: “It’s over. The Immortal Sect’s gossip-loving crowd is going to laugh themselves silly!”
It's pretty good. It's lighthearted and humorous. It's worth watching.
