The Sun of Ponyville

(A lot of original material, and it might get a little dark?)

"Celestia's incompetent rule is over! From now on, I, Chiyang, am the emperor of all Equestria! Soldiers, follow me into Canterlot and capture Celestia alive!"

Three years after causing a scene at graduation, Chiyang comes to Ponyville, driven by love for Equestria and loyalty to the princess. After being tested by Nightmare Moon, he begins his journey of reform.

But rebellion, revolution, division, invasion, and countless other crises threaten the princess and Equestria. Will Chiyang and his colleagues see the monarchy swept into the dustbin of history, or will they rebuild the empire through loyalty and sheer will?

Equestria is waiting...
