Wait, You're Just a Rookie Racer, So How Are You This Good?

[Mecha Girls] [Racing Competition] [Character Development] [Prequel]

My name is Su Yue, the "Champion King" who has lifted the trophy twenty-three times on Blue Star's racing circuits. In my final race, before the dashboard alarm could even shriek, the brake line was crushed by an invisible hand. The brake fluid drained away in an instant, and the pedal went as soft as cotton. My car, a runaway iron beast, smashed through the guardrail. All I remember is the roar of wind rushing into my helmet, and then the endless darkness at the bottom of the cliff...

When I opened my eyes again, the world had changed. The craziest thing here wasn't movies or races, but mecha girl racing. Those girls with light in their eyes when they smile can become roaring race cars with a press of the accelerator. They are the reason the whole nation goes wild for the racetrack...

I clenched the hand that once gripped the steering wheel. The fall from the cliff didn't kill me. Looks like I'll have to wager everything again on these racetracks roaring with mecha girls?
