Shen Huaizhi was famously an “old fossil” at Jiangzhe University: quiet and reserved, he spent all his time with ancient books and historical documents.

At a festival celebrating traditional Chinese culture, Lin Zhiwei's breathtaking dance drew admiring glances from more than a few men.

“Miss Lin, would you join me for a stroll through the intangible cultural heritage fair?”

Professor Shen personally placed a hairpin adorned with a phoenix holding a pearl in Lin Zhiwei's hair.

A student secretly snapped a photo, and it spread like wildfire across the university forum.
