Zhao Shen x Ji Nan
Steadfast, restrained top x kind, resilient bottom
A second chance after a breakup.
At a bus stop in a foreign land, Ji Nan heard one of them say, “We are the best in the world?”
He remembered asking Zhao Shen something similar once: “Ge, we’ll always be the best in the world, okay?”
Zhao Shen’s eyes were deep, and his earnest expression made people trust him and feel at ease. He always called him “Nannan” in a low voice, like a breeze that calmed Ji Nan.
“Yeah. We’ll always be the best in the world.”
