This story is based on a show the author watched as a child that never got a proper ending. The author has continued the story, though it can also be read as a new one. The only part that affects the original is the male lead Chu Tianyou's search for his mother. Everything else, including the characters' identities and personalities, remains unchanged, though there will be differences from the original show. Fans of the show and CP shippers, please do not read. Thank you.
