(No female lead + no System + no brains)
Apophis, the giant serpent that devours worlds, laid its most vile curse upon this world as it was defeated. Every living being in the world would be assimilated by it, transformed into an entity that brought darkness and chaos to the world, and inherit its title: Apophis.
Gilgamesh joined forces with the hero three hundred years ago to defeat the Apophis of that era. In the end, however, Apophis cursed him, turning him into the Cursed Hero Apophis. His party was the only one ever to have two heroes. His curse granted him eternal life and brought disaster upon those he cared about, with the closer their relationship, the worse the calamity. In the end, unable to bear the weight of it all, Gilgamesh left a fake death letter behind and walked away from the hero’s party.
Three hundred years passed. By exploring the former homes of the hero and Apophis, learning their skills, and meeting Yujiro, Gilgamesh came to understand the mission and responsibility he carried.
The time has come. You have been chosen by fate, and the gears of destiny have begun to turn. Oh, what? Don’t be ridiculous. There are no talking dolls here. But there really is a conspiracy behind it all.
A new work by a new author. It may be a little clichéd, so please bear with me.
(P.S. This synopsis only applies to the old world.)
