I Sell Haunted Houses in the Mortal Realm

My name is Wang Chuan, and I sell houses. Lately, I've been so broke that I can only afford instant noodles in packets. Before Grandpa died, he secretly handed me a box. "Wear the jade pendant inside, and you'll be able to find your parents..."

Then I ran into a ghost on my first day at work. A haunted house at midnight, a woman ghost hanging from the rafters, and an icy wind blowing all around. The jade pendant suddenly grew hot, and a cool female voice sounded in my mind: "You useless fool, are you going to close your eyes and wait to die, or listen to me?" Trembling, I followed her instructions and spoke up: "Miss... Are you... buying this house?" The hanging ghost froze. The rope swayed. "B-buy it, sure. You can see me?"

Turns out there's an ancestor living in the jade pendant, one who can communicate with the worlds of the living and the dead.
